National Simultaneous Storytime

National Simultaneous Storytime (NSS) is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country.

This year’s book ‘Family Tree’ written by Josh Pyke and illustrated by Ronojoy Ghosh will be read by many teachers, child carers and library staff on Wednesday 25th May at 11am to groups of children right across Australia, including the Upper Hunter Shire Library branches in Scone, Murrurundi, Aberdeen, Merriwa and Cassilis.  Call your local branch to book your spot to join us for this great experience.
