Click and collect at Upper Hunter Shire Libraries
A new, free click and collect service is available from Upper Hunter Shire libraries in Aberdeen, Cassilis, Merriwa, Murrurundi and Scone to borrow print and audio books, magazines, DVDs, and CDs.
Fill in the below form, choose your genres and any other preferences. You will need your library member number.
Council staff and volunteers are donning gloves and brandishing Glen-20 to bring our members a safe service of much missed books and other resources. Staff will contact you to make a time to pick up your items at, or in the foyer of, the libraries.

Members who are not comfortable using websites and other online resources can access the service by calling their local branch.
This service is available to members of all ages however a guarantor is require to place orders and collect orders on behalf of members aged under 18 years.

Home Delivery Service
Deliveries are also resuming for our existing Home Library Members, who are unable to get to the library. Just call your local branch. Deliveries will be zero contact, leaving items at a specified outdoor area, and calling to let you know they are there.

Click and Collect terms
Click and Collect is available to current library members of all ages however, a guarantor is required to place and collect orders on behalf of members aged under 18 years. You are able to book a click and collect loan if:
- You are a current library member (if you are not you can join online here)
- You are eligible to loan under the Upper Hunter Library Network Membership Policy and Upper Hunter Library Overdue Returns Policy
